Virtual Consult Flat Fee Estate Planning
Zoom Meeting (Virtual) Initial Consult Flat Fee Estate Planning
Service Description
This consultation is for new potential clients to discuss flat fee estate planning. Choose this option if you have already filled out and completed the custom estate planning questionnaire on our website at https://www.theburtonlawoffice.com/estateplanning. After you have returned the questionnaire to the office online, by email, or by U.S. Mail, you can book your initial virtual consultation here. All consultations are booked in the order of questionnaires received,, therefore, please do not book this consultation until you have completed and returned the estate planning questionnaire, as we will review the questionnaire together at your initial consultation. The initial consultation is set to reserve a 1.5 hour block of time on Attorney Burton's calendar so that he can devote his complete time and attention to answering your questions and putting together a custom estate plan uniquely designed for you and your family. You should plan that for a Will plan your initial consultation will last 1 hour and for a Trust plan it will last 1.5 hours. Please email info@theburtonlawoffice.com ahead of time if you would like to receive a copy of our flat fee estate planning packages. The final flat fee price will be quoted to you by Attorney Burton at the end of your initial consultation, after you have determined together which package is most appropriate for your situation. To reserve your time in advance, a non-refundable consultation booking fee is required when booking this consultation online. If you meet with us and you or we decide not to proceed with any further representation, then you pay this fee to our office, for the consultation and nothing further. The booking fee will be applied to the total flat estate planning costs (for fee agreements signed within 30 days). We will discuss next steps with you during your meeting and we will generate an invoice for you to pay this fee to our office on or after the date of your consultation. For all flat fee estate planning packages, 1/2 of the total flat fee is due on the date you meet with us and sign the fee agreement and the remaining 1/2 of the total flat fee is due on the date you sign your documents. For virtual estate planning, the initial payment can be made by check by U.S. Mail or paid online by Square or by Paypal. We will not begin drafting any documents until 1/2 of the flat fee has been received, and we will discuss next steps with you at your meeting.
